October has been a busy month! I've been at a different event every weekend and struggled to keep up with blogs! Thanks to everyone who bought comics, zines, merchandise or commissions!

I'm going to be at London MCM Comic Con this weekend. I've got the usual FREE MINI COMICS to hand out! Please come say hi, you can find table CT8 in the Comic Village section of the event. (North Hall 1 on the west side of the Excel)

The last show of the year I have booked will be Birmingham MCM Comic Con - I'll just be there Saturday and sharing the table with Iella. 

London MCM Comic Con October 2016

Thank you to everyone who came by my table at London MCM Comic Con! I really love decorating my table for Halloween. I had a great time with my table neighbours @ryuuza-art, @claudetc and @ratherlemony!!

I’ll be at Thought Bubble this weekend in Leeds! I’m sharing table 182b in New Dock Hall with Drew Askew/Ink & Booze.

I’m picking up a brand new gig sketches zine from the printers this week! (Rope Press) It compiles some of the gig sketches from the last year or so plus new comics and illustrations - including ‘Sammy’s Guide to Gig Sketching’ - sharing tips on how to draw on location, in the dark and in the middle of rowdy crowds. Thanks to everyone at BCZF this weekend. It was really great to be back again this year, I love meeting so many fashionable Bristolians. Special thanks to the organizers for hosting such a lovely event! Next show will be London MCM Comic Con at the end of October. I'll be spread out over a full table in the Comic Village - which means I can bring a folder of ink drawings. Please come say hi and pick up 2016's free mini comic! For table number and map location keep an eye out for tweets nearer the day. See you there!

Bristol Comic and Zine Fair 2015

Thank you to everyone who came by at the Bristol Comic & Zine Fair yesterday. I had a lovely time sat next to Mair Thomas and Hamish Steele.

The next event will be London MCM Comic Con at the end of October. I was hoping to share the table with Sarah Fogg but unfortunately she needs to take a break from conventions this term. I’ve missed Sarah a lot when I’ve been at events on my own - so I’m hoping she’ll be back doing small press stuff again next year. You should definitely follow her beautiful diverse inktober pictures over on her tumblr. You’ll be able to find the table in the Comic Village (table numbers will be announced nearer the date and maps are usually in the convention guide which you can find at the show or online)

Thank you to everyone at Laydeez Do Comics Birmingham on Thursday night. It’s always great to get a chance to chat to local comics creators. I did a presentation about the Misc Fits creation process. I'm going to post the slides online over the next couple of weeks. 

LDC Birmingham will be hosting presentations at Caption at Fargo Village in Coventry next weekend - 10am-6pm on Saturday 10th and 11am-4pm on Sunday 11th October 2015. You may have heard of Caption before, it’s an event which used to run in Oxford and I’m looking forward to see it come to my home town. More information on their website
